We have been using DotLoop services for a couple of years; it allows use to prep, sign and file all necessary documents electronically-eliminating the need to sign in person! (All documents are password protected!)

The State of New Jersey still requires buyers to close in person; but all closing agents and attorneys are taking extra care to limit the amount of people in each room; it may take a little longer, but all parties will be safely seated in separate rooms.

We will be screening all buyers and their agents; asking if anyone has been ill, requesting all to wear gloves and masks as well as instructing buyers to keep their hands in their pockets. We request only one at time enter the property.
