NYC is the considered the epicenter of the virus in our area; they also have just as many resources for their residents. They can be found here is you are a NYC resident.
2020 is still an election year- at many levels: local, county, state and national. Be sure you are registered - maybe even look into absentee voting - because we just don't know what will be going on in November and nothing should keep any of us from our RIGHT TO VOTE.
The studio is now offering a full schedule of virtual classes along with virtual class packages using Zoom. Once you sign up for a class, you will receive a link to your virtual class via email. Once you have created a free account on Zoom, click the link you received at the time of your class!
Since we can't be together physically, Mtc Kundalina Yoda is offering $10 online Kundalini Yoga classes. All of our classes are conducted on Zoom. Register at least 30 minutes before class begins, and they'll send a Zoom link to your email.

The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) isn’t going to let a global pandemic get in the way of it enriching the lives of art lovers. In addition to virtual tours of its vaunted collection, the New York museum is now offering free online courses as well.
Nikon has made its entire curriculum of online photography classes free until the end of April.

From the Special Olympics, they are introducing a whole new way to exercise, featuring WWE Superstar Becky Lynch. Work out with these videos five times a week to help you stay fit and reach your athletic goals. Watch them in order starting with Video 1. When you can do each exercise in a video correctly, it’s time to move on to the next one.
